API Standard Drilling Fluid Solids Control Mud Gun for Mud Tank
Product Introduction
TRNJQ mud gun has simple structure, flexible operation, and can prevent mud precipitation in the corner. Generally mud guns include high pressure mud guns and low pressure mud guns. Drilling fluids through the nozzle produce high-speed flow for achieving the purpose of mixing drilling fluids. The pressure and flow rate are transmitted by the high pressure main drilling pump or by centrifugal pumps in most cases.
Mud Gun is designed to clean the mud residue in mud tank bottom or pump suction inlets in solids control system to prevent mud sediment happening and keep tank clean to prolong the equipment service life. TRNJQ series mud gun can be easy to vortically work in 360°and can be fixed at the tank bottom with better stability.
Mud guns are usually used along with mud agitator. That means, almost every compartment on tank will request a mud gun. And there are bottom type mud gun, pivot type mud gun, and non spin type mud gun. For mud gun nozzle, there are 1 or 3 as options for clients.
